# Economic Analysis

The EtherForge economy is structured as a transparent, circular, and sustainable value system. It balances resource production, token conversion, and on-chain participation, ensuring long-term economic health for all players.

Players continuously interact with $ETHER, $GENESIS, NFTs, and $USDC through a self-sustaining loop of:

* Mining and factory production
* Upgrading Heroes and Monsters
* Real-time PvP battles and seasonal competition
* Trading and marketplace activity

$USDC serves as the core transactional currency that powers this loop, as shown in the diagram below.

This creates a closed yet dynamic ecosystem where in-game actions actively contribute to token utility, value retention, and player-driven economic growth.
